Tar is necessary to repair the bridge between the Central and the South regions.
You can get Tar by:
- Completing 3 tasks for 'Samson'; who is located in the Town. You may skip 2 of them, for coins (1000 per quest). Which then puts the tar directly into your inventory. I would recommend not skipping as it costs a lot in the long run- save your coins!
- Trading with Christoph Rush. To obtain one tar, you will need 20 maple board, 5 iron ingots and 10 linen cloth.
You can trade with Christoph Rush once every 24 hours for 1 tar.
- Additional: If bandits have stolen your tar(s) from your ranch during a raid, you will have to purchase them from Christoph Rush again. Once every 24 hours.
